What is the meaning behind the brand's name?
Habit Hut is a little play on words regarding sound and meaning.
hab·it
1: a settled tendency or usual manner of behaviour
2: an acquired mode of behaviour that has become nearly or completely involuntary
hut
1: an often small and temporary dwelling of simple construction
2: a simple shelter from the elements
hab·i·tat
1a: the place or environment where a plant or animal naturally or normally lives and grows

Short term I wanted a brand name that works for my website. Long term I actually wanted a brand name that would work for my big dream, too.
In the future I hope Habit Hut will become a real place.
A home and shelter in the jungle of nomad life and remote work.
A place for people who are seeking healthier, happier habits, community and co-ops of all sorts…
Also the conscious choice of colours do carry a deeper meaning:
Teal, or turquoise is associated with open communication, clarity, connection between heart & mind, healing emotions and emotional balance.
Blue stand for simplicity, clarity, trust, calm, deepness and elegance. Blue is connected to the element of water, too. Water stands for life, change, growth, fluidity, flow, motion and creativity.
Grey stands for humbleness, modesty, reliability and stability. The use of grey is also connected to grey zones, things people do not talk about openly, like mental health issues.
