Sometimes taking a deep breath or counting to 10 is just not enough to release stress or tension. What else can you do to find an instant release?
Have you ever observed dogs? They just frequently shake it off.
How about next time you do the same? Just shake your head, your shoulders, your arms, your legs and release the tension or the extra energy there is in you due to some external triggers.
