Mindful(l) - Mind empty

When our mind is full we should practice mindfulness to basically empty our mind. A bit funny, isn’t it?

I see that the difference is in the spelling, yet it is a good memory hook - each time you notice your mind is full, use a mindfulness practice to empty your mind and refocus.

Breath long exhales out with pauses to calm your nervous system.

Shake your arms to get rid of stress.

Write your thoughts down or voice record them when you are overthinking.

If you have more time, go for a walk in nature, a workout or meditate…

Choose whatever helps you to calm down, to relax and to get out of your mind and back to the moment.

Be mindful and empty your mind! Whenever and wherever you need, make mindfulness a habit.
